Our family recently stayed at the Pannanich View Cottage in Ballater and had a pleasant experience overall. the location of the cottage was convenient, with easy access to a nearby car park and various walking trails. the central location also made it simple to explore the surrounding area, including the Aboyne Golf Club which was a short 19 km drive away. The cottage itself had a cozy living space with a lovely wood burner that kept us warm during the chilly September evenings. We appreciated the good bike storage available, as well as the well-maintained garden where the kids could play. Despite some minor issues with the water pressure and heating, we found the overall comfort level to be satisfactory. While our stay had its small challenges, we were thankful for the kind local who helped us find the property initially. Overall, our family enjoyed our time at Pannanich View Cottage and found it to be a decent option for a holiday in Ballater.
